Collin, now serves as the shop manager, while the other two are pursuing their own callings, and wife Cheryl is in and out, but still in charge of all things accounting. It has been a wild ride for sure and our business has had to evolve and change at times to survive the ever changing economy. For a period of time the family was heavy into dirt racing and added a race shop of sorts to the mix, we predominantly survived on service work for a period of time, and various other ventures along the way, but finding and marketing affordable used vehicles was always at the forefront of my dream job. I am thrilled to be refocusing my efforts on my first love: buying and selling quality used vehicles. I was five years old when my parents risked it all to open Erwin Auto Inc.. Countless hours of my childhood were spent here, playing, working here while in high school, fixing up my hot rod, working on race cars, now working on race bikes, etc.. I was able to spend time with my Grandfather before he passed as a result of this family business as he often "hung out" here to get out of the house, and I also developed the forearm strength to be just about an unbeatable arm wrestler as a result of all the tire work I used to do here! Today I get to see my Dad every day as his shop manager/wrench. In my spare time I like to race vintage motorcycles, ride motorcycles and work on my AMX. I have always been an integral part of the recordkeeping here at Erwin Auto. I am in the office a few days a week now since quitting my regular job in February of 2025, but have always been an active participant in this business. From 1998 to 2001 I stayed on top of things from home, after hours, and then #3 son came along and I went full time at Erwin Auto through 2015. I used to do some vinyl graphics and window tinting here at Erwin Auto, in addition to the accounting and car detailing. In 2015 Obamacare forced me back to the workforce, where I remained until a few months ago. Today my focus is on bringing Erwin Auto full circle, to our roots, by building this website and working on the marketing side of things. I really loved our racing days, having the whole family together, going to the track, selling and ordering parts, shipping parts for all those racers on Monday morning, designing and producing the graphics for all of our mini-sprints, and so on. Today I'm just happy we have survived all these years and do what I can to help out both from Erwin Auto and from my home office. I enjoy riding my motorcycle, working in my flower beds and discovering my roots (genealogy).

Chris has been with us a few years now and is an excellent service technician! He enjoys spending time with his daughters and grandson, grilling/smoking foods and his annual army buddy camping trip. Chris specializes in electrical issues in our repair shop, but is also involved with most service work we do.
Keith has been with us for many years, off and on over the years, and is one of the most trustworthy people on the planet. Keith specializes in engine and transmission swaps in our shop. He enjoys traveling with wife Tracy and his cuckoo clock collection! Keith is a part time employee these days, but you can find him here most weekdays between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm.
Garry has been with us for about a year and currently is in charge of keeping all of the inventory clean, parked appropriately and fully charged. Garry has ventured into some light mechanical and tire work. Garry also provides custom interior and exterior detail services through our service department.
Russell is new to Erwin Auto Inc.. He comes to us with prior automotive experience and we are excited for him to join the team!
